“We stayed with Angelo and Maria for 2 weeks. The house is big and clean and has all you need. It was very warm the week we were there so we were very happy with the airconditioners (2 bedrooms and dining room). The swimming pool was great for the children because they could stay in it (approximately 1.35 deep). The house is on the first floor. Therefore you have to go out of the front door to go into the garden. The village is nice. Not many tourists and not so many restaurants. We went often……

“The property is in a very nice community. We were there in the off season so most of was closed. The condo was comfortable, safe, and clean. The only point that was undesirable was that the bed was very uncomfortable.”

“Dziękujemy za możliwość spędzenia tygodnia w tym pieknym miejscu. Sam apartament był doskonale przygotowany- wygodny, zadbany, wyposażony. Klimatyzacja działała super. Piękne widoki z ogrodu za zatoczkę a do tego świeże figi prosto z drzewa! Jesteśmy bardzo mile zaskoczeni! Pani Anna Maria- właścicielka starała się, abyśmy czuli się dobrze i wygodnie. Dziękujemy i rekomendujemy! PS: była z nami malutka Gabrsyia- dla której Pani właścicielka zorganozwała łózeczko- dzięki temu nie musieliśmy tego……

“We had a great long weekend in this property with friends for a birthday celebration. The host was very helpful and communicative and helped us organise a wine tasting for the evening we arrived. The property had ample space for us and for the children in our group to play and explore. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. Would recommend.”

“È stata una piacevolissima sorpresa. La casa molto accogliente e attrezzata perfettamente per ospitare 2 famiglie comode. Il Check-in e il check-out agilissimo e casa molto pulita. Camere grandi e luminose, con il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio (ventilatore, specchi, grucce negli armadi, cuscini, letti abbastanza comodi ...) Ottimi gli spazi interni comodissimi e spaziosi. Lo spazio esterno vanta una vista meravigliosa e rilassante. Si potrebbe attrezzare forse meglio. La piscina è……

“We had 12 staying in this villa for a week and it was amazing! The two villas worked well (1 with 4 doubles, 1 with 2 doubles) and the pool and garden area was amazing. The villa was a 5 min drive from Fano which we were pleasantly surprised to find out was lovely. The beach was a 15 minute walk away and the host Valentina was amazing. Would definitely stay again!”

“Sehr schöne und große Villa. Toller Außenbereich mit freistehendem Pool und langen Tisch für 20 Personen. Unkomplizierter Check-in und -out. Absolut empfehlenswert für Gruppen bis 20 Leuten. 4 Doppelzimmer und 4 Dreierzimmer mit bequemen Betten und jeweils einem eigenen Bad. Zudem zwei Küchen und ein Tanzsaal.”

“A beautiful house with several rooms on 2 floors for the whole family. Parking right in front of the front door, the house itself is easily accessible via the adjacent street, the entrance through its own gate with remote control. In the surrounding area in neighboring towns, many shops can be reached quickly by car, the nearest beach was only about 1 km away. All in all, this is a nice house with a large garden, far enough away from noisy streets.”

“Herzlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeberin Cinzia, zur Krönung gab es am ersten Abend ein phantastisches, typisches Marken-Abendessen, das ausgezeichnet schmeckte und für einen Genuß am nächsten Mittag auch noch reichte. Das Ferienhaus war sehr gepflegt und überaus geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr viele dekorative Gegenstände, die zum Teil wie aus der Zeit gefallen schienen, aber dem ganzen eine unvergessliche persönliche Note verliehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen dieses……

“The house perfectly reflects the announcement and photos on the website and we had a great time. The rooms are all spacious, bright and fresh. The decor is pretty and the beds are super comfortable. The 3 bathrooms are large and spotlessly clean and the kitchen is perfectly functional with everything, really everything! The outdoor areas are well-kept and the swimming pool is very pleasant. The house offers complete privacy but everything can be found within a 10-15 minute drive: shops, bars,……

“On était un grand groupe avec des enfants. On a adoré la maison. Elle est située un peu en dehors de la ville mais très tranquille. La propriétaire nous a beaucoup aidé et a était super avec nous.”

“The house is very nice and located in a very quiet area. Stefano is the nicest person in the world I believe, he has been caring about our well being all the way. First when you arrive, the house is full with food. There is pasta for the whole week, wine, beer, fruits, vegetables, eggs, cereals, bread, coffee, and much more. The weather has not been nice while we were there, so he offered that we stay an extra night for free. Checkout is the easiest in the world, just close the door and……

“Hyvä sijainti, kaikki toimi, kiva näköala, ok aamiainen. Uima-altaassa pystyi jopa uimaan, lisäksi siinä oli vastavirta-efekti poreilla. Ainoa miinus oli lisähinta Spa:n altaasta. ”
