“About 10 to 15 minute drive from Cross Iron Mills. If you’re from the north and heading home, this is an excellent place to stay to take a rest. It’s accessible from highway 2. The place is clean and the neighborhood feels safe. Take note that the second bed is a sofa bed with spring mattress, and as you expect from any sofa bed, if you have a bad back, take the bedroom bed instead. Sleeps 4. Price is reasonable. And the people upstairs didn’t bother us, as if no one’s there (or maybe no one’s……

“This is a basement suite and the upper floor is a different posting. When we got to the place we were very disturbed because it was so obvious that there were a lot of people partying. It was very disturbing when a guest upstairs opened the door to the basement and asked us to drink with them. We really did not feel safe because they were able to access the door so easily. We were hearing people stomping their feet and yelling from 10pm at night until 4am in the morning. The place itself was……

“Lovely home, clean, modern, quiet neighborhood, great location, and has all streaming services already connected on the TV! The one downside is it’s a downstairs unit, so you can hear quite a bit of noises from upstairs (footsteps & furniture movements). Other than that, my stay was great!”

“Najam was a great host. Respond to any questions very fast and gave us very detailed directions about our stay. You will get speciaous basement with kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer and a bedroom. Very clean. Walmart, grocery stores, gas, Costco, Hmart were 10-15min away. Airport as well. I will choose here again over hotels if we come back around here.”
