- Welcome to your stylish, fully renovated home in Calhoun, Georgia. This furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is set up roommate-style, with a bathroom attached to each bedroom, so everyone gets their own space. It suits professionals and relocating guests settling in for a medium-term stay.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS
We ask guests to care for the home and be considerate of the neighbors. The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old. Kids and families are welcome. A signed rental agreement, ID, and a fully refundable $500 security deposit are required.
PETS
One small dog is welcome, for a $100 fee. We cannot accept dangerous breeds, including pit bulls, chows, and Dobermans, because of insurance restrictions.
