“I like this brand. I know what to expect when we check in. Here are the problems we experienced here. 1) Could not get an answer to request the shuttle to pick us up at rental car area, 2) Ice machine did not work on our floor. Went to another floor and cleaning staff got the one on that floor with some difficulty. 3) Casting on TV would not work. Maintenance was able to get it working, Bath and room are great.”

“Upon arrival we were shocked to see complete front entrance demolition/ remodeling! We honestly thought the place was closed and we were at the wrong location! After a few seconds, we notice temporary arrow signs leading us to a temporary entrance. Thank goodness. Staff greeting was professional and pleasant. No mention of the demo. We were promptly checked in and given our room #. Room was wonderful and no complaints other than location. First floor, right next to "new entrance" and double……

“Stayed here twice now. The bed is ao comfortable. I love the location its back from the road ao it keeps it quiet but still close to everything you might need. I stayed here with my mom and 1 y/o son. My mom was able to check in before I arrived. The staff is so helpful with changes that need to be made. Love this hotel.”
