"the one bedroom apartment located on the 5th floor, with ocean view, was spacious & clean. The apartment had its own washer & dryer. Bed was comfortable. The Resort is located right in the middle of town, so it was just a few minutes walk to restaurants & shops. Secure on-site parking is free. Only stayed the one night, but would definitely book this Resort again. "

"Overall this place is pretty great for a family vacation. I have teen/tween children and they did enjoy the waterpark but the pool was the favourite. The buffet breakfast was an excellent spread with a huge amount of choices. The apartments are big & spacious, have a lift to upper levels, showers are big and hot water with great pressure. Kitchenette is great with a small stovetop in one room, fridge (one large, one small), dishwasher, and even a coffee machine and pods and milk, etc provided, There’s a washer and dryer in a separate small room. And rooms were thick walled, did not hear neighbouring patrons. I rate this lower though because of a few things - readers may like to know that a dual key room has a one king, one queen. I called reception for another bed but it was badly broken and could not be slept on. They said they did not have another being unaware that I had 3 teens - the hotel expects that 3 people will sleep in a king, 2 in the queen!! They then proceeded to blame me for not booking direct with the hotel, as they get no communication from 3rd party booking. Well that’s on them to fix that problem, it’s on them to find a working roll away bed, not me. Another star lost was for general things hotel can fix in future - shower floods the bathroom, carpets are stained and could do with replacing or a deep clean, pool should be felines/tiled as it cut all of my families feet badly as it’s lined with sharp little stones throughout, there are no power points next to"

"The rooms are larger than expected and have all equipment for kitchen and laundry needs, balcony views of the glass house mountains were wonderful. Spectacular 360 veiw at the rooftop pool, of beach and mountains. Clive and Debbie are wonderful hosts, excellent customer service from them both."

"This’s our second time to stay here and we also recommended some friends to come together. Location is great, big space for a family stay, very clean, facilities are convenient to use."

"The unit was very clean and as described, with a lovely view of Bulcock Beach if you're sitting in or beside the spa. The beach isn't visible looking straight out onto the balcony. Fridge probably needs replacing as door popped open overnight not visibly) and fridge defrosted over floor. Host was proactive in responses. Directions to unit could have been more clear. It is managed by two different places and the address leads to block managed by Grand Pacific, not hosts. Excellent location to both beach and shops. "
