“I received the call from Fiorello Maria after check-out. The call should be short but apparently she could not got what I say fast and made the call long and ineffective （-5 star!!）. The other staffs are nice and helpful.”

“Quarters was a good option for me to visit family in Germantown. + good location just a few minutes walk from the Main Street with shops and restaurants Positives: + Quick and friendly contact with Mark (owner) + comfortable bed + not too difficult to get street parking for two nights Things to note: - The booking I made on hotels.com showed another room (quarter two) than what I got (quarter one). Rooms are relatively similar - there was hair by the shower drain when I arrived. Otherwise……

“We didn't interact with anyone during our 1 night stay, we arrived late, used the door code provided to check in. Had a package arrive before us which was placed in the room. Room was cold when we arrived but quickly warmed up with the electric space heater. ”

“Absolutely beautiful property and the service is amazing. The host served us the most beautiful and delicious breakfast i've ever had, of pastries and baked goods as well as fruits and yogurt. I would go again any time i'm even near philly visiting.”
