The pros, I appreciate a hotel that carpets the hall. It reduces noises considerably. The pillows were for me the perfect thickness. Not overly fluffy, and not to thin. One pillow comfortably alighted my spine as a slide sleeper. The staff were exceptional, and the room was immaculately clean. My only complaint is that every hotel shower in this trip there's not step or seat to rest your foot on as a person cleans their nether bits. I have no idea if it's an oversight, or the corp is penny pinching and decided that us folks with a tush that travel wouldn't want a foot rest, but their assumptions are sadly mistaken. That one little thing would've made my experience perfection. I asked front desk to fix problem but when i got back to my room the problem was not resolved. I had to spend the night with no tv it was not pleasant at over $100/nt.
