"We had a lovely time in the property, the house was great and the welcome basket was a perfect touch! Part of the reason we chose to come was for its proximity to the two Machrihanish courses but we didn't quite realise how great the beaches are as well! If we ever come back to the area, we would definitely look to stay hear again."

"Lovely space very well finished and clean as a whistle . I think we might have been the first in so very new property which offers five suites in the one building The kitchen facilities include kettle, toaster and coffee machine so no opportunity to heat anything. I think a microwave would be great addition for those of us who love porridge for breakfast 😋 Some building work going on next door but this doesn’t affect internal space experience. "

The proximity to Ballycastle’s main street made it easy and fun to pop out to grab whatever your heart desires. "The place is nice, however, staff loudly making comments regarding a convicted..... I don't want to use the word here.....lets just say a "disgraced Financier" as the media would say. Laughing and using positive language like "celebrity p\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*e"..... I found it extremely disgusting. On challenging use of the language in earshot of guests the response was equally as outrageous. One staff member freely excused it, for a reason I do not want to mention on public review as it is not my place to share the reasoning they gave. The fact they thought any reason justified talking like this within earshot of guests is absolutely astounding. On reporting to proprietor I was met with a response of "OK so are you leaving then?" I then asked what his thoughts were on disgusting comments like this he said he will have to ask the staff if they actually said it. I respect the fact your first reaction is to protect staff, however, training on professionalism and standards is lacking. If you want to support staff support the correctly by providing correct training. "
