Para uma noite está bom.
Para quem quer so uma pernoite está otimo, hotel bom, espaçoso, atendimento otimo, café da manhã bom, só precisa de uma reforma. Pelo menos no 12 andar onde fiquei.

Eu e meu marido gostamos muito , claro que o hotel precisa de algumas manutenções , mas nada atrapalhou o divertimento e o descanso que tivemos. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, a piscina é bem gostosa. O único porém é o elevador que é demorado devido a alta demanda.

O pior hotel que já fiquei na vida. O meu quarto ficou cheirando fossa em toda a estadia. Abri a porta e tinha um reboco enorme na parede, sem pintura… lamentável. O cheiro da fossa que vinha do banheiro se espalhou pelo quarto todo. Fui buscar meu carro em um dos dias e tinha uma barata dentro. Existe um estacionamento, mas… nossa! Lamentável. E como podemos oferecer um quarto fedendo a fossa para um cliente!? As camareiras entraram e sentiram o cheiro na hora de limpar. Ninguém avisou a gerência? O cliente precisa avisar? Como assim? O hotel nem estava cheio. Nunca mais volto. E nunca recomendarei.

O quarto estava com cheiro forte de mofo. As paredes do quarto estavam descascando/estufadas Chuveiro gotejou a noite inteira. A TV estava toda desconfigurada.

Hotel a desejar no primeiro quarto a água não esquentava e acumulava no box tivemos ué trocar de jarro e a pintura toda descascada, no outro era melhor mas a pia caia água no chão, cobraram estacionamento ué não devia e nos corredores a luz não acendia tive que pedir pro rapaz da manutenção ué era gente boa, limpeza a desejar o café da manhã era razoável

O hotel é bom, o quarto que eu fiquei estava tudo certo e confortável, pena que não tem jantar, a verdade é que não tem nada para comer no hotel, apenas o café da manhã que é excelente! A piscina poderia estar com uma cor melhor a água, mais pelo custo benefício tudo ok! Voltaria tranquilo, há e sobre o elevador no dia 31 o hotel estava lotado então o elevador que já demora, demorou muito mais....rs
