"Dogs are welcome at this hotel. Our room had a dog smell. Unpleasant. Also while breakfast was well appointed, the food was cold. No lids on food and no warmers. "

"My husband and I stayed for a week for our anniversary and would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to get away from everything. The privacy and the nature surrounding you is just what we needed. The cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed by the window was amazing to open and just relax. The only thing to note is that there is not a dresser. We stayed a week so had to become crative for the clothes, but it did not take away all the cabin has to offer. we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and hope to return again. "

The highlight for us was the view overlooking Wolfe Lake, which was absolutely beautiful, especially in the morning and evening. "This place was very clean and cozy. After a day of hiking we were looking forward to soaking in the hot tub but it wouldn't turn on, we were too tired to care. The steps upstairs are very narrow so I wouldn't suggest it for an older couple. The road to get to the cabin was extremely rough, but it's no fault of the owners. The only problem with the place is the deck definitely needs work. Boards were sticking up and some were missing screws. It was definitely a nice place!"
