“It took us a few times to get a hold of the host to get the key cards and access to the apartment on the day we checked in. We tried to contact them a day in advance of our check-in as Expedia suggested and there was no response. The apartment also looked different from the online photos drastically. The only negative comment I would like to have is they are taking more then 30days to credit my nights into Expedia and when I reach out they kept silent and don’t reply at all. So I guess they only take care of you during the actual stay, once checked out, I feel worthless to them and they don’t event bother to reply"
