“I enjoyed our stay at this property, immensely. The managerial staff was attentitive and helpful (thank you, Francesca). The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities my family required. It was extra convenient having a grocery store and a cafe/bakery located adjacent to the lobby. The only thing that was slightly inconvenient were the lack of sidewalks, leading away from the facility. I was required to rent a car in order to navigate around the Santa Severa area. “A small family-run hotel with just a few rooms. The owner asked about my arrival time and greeted us at the entrance. Exceptionally clean room with free snack and drinks. Walking distance to McDonald and pharmacies. Close to cruise terminal but you cannot walk to the ship. Will have to take the free shuttle which the owner is happy to explain. The air con was not too reactive to adjustment so we open the window. Overall it’s a pleasant stay. ”
