“We booked this apartment because we wanted the option of self catering and a terrace or balcony we could have breakfast on. The advert is cleverly worded and photographed to give the impression there is a usable balcony, with a city view. There isn’t, it’s the bottom of an internal light well complete with washing machine and water dripping from the air conditioning unit of the apartment above leaving a damp drains odour. You would not sit here and have a meal. We also had to give the cutlery,……

“We paid parking fee in advance, but couldn’t reach the parking spot by following the instructions as there are police officers stopping you to drive towards the parking spot on a street only authorized bus/taxi can be allowed, I showed our reservation and the email/instruction to the officer but it didn’t work. We have to park a 40 minutes walk away and it took us 3 hours to finally check in after we arrived the town as you can’t communicate with the host if you don’t speak Spanish. Please……

“The location is wonderful for exploring the Alhambra area. You can walk to the Sacromonte and Albaicin areas as well. It was nice to have a little kitchen. My one main complaint was that i booked this property specifically for the shuttles that were offered (first thing mentioned on Expedia). Two days into my stay I learned this was no longer being offered. I spent many stressful hours trying to work around that. Very disappointed. I told them they should take that off the website. “The staff Javier is very helpful. We check in earlier and can enjoy more time in Granada. The hotel location is very good. The 2-bedroom apartment is clean and living room is nice. Just a minor suggestion is to provide a chair in the room. ”

“The way up by car is not for the faint hearted. Read the instructions clearly or you may come across serious problems. Once you get there, the parking is great. Hotel has an excellent location, and you can basically walk everywhere around the old part of town. Walking to Alhambra is doable but we took the bus and we were glad we did. Reception lady is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are spotless with thick, fresh towels in the bathrooms. Great experience overall.”
