Bucket list trip

We had a wonderful time and we were very comfortable in this Condo. Navigating in Canmore was so easy. Loved the underground parking. That was a perk that I didn’t realize was included. Condo was excellent for someone needing accessibility accommodations too.

Great spot for a family!

This was a great place for our family of four. Wonderful location. Pool and hot tub is always a hit. Unit is well stocked with everything you need!

Great Weekend Getaway

Rented place for a little getaway for my wife’s 40th. It was easy to check in and the rental was clean and renovated. Only bad part was not being able to enjoy for longer. We will definitely rent again on our next trip.

Ok, but expected more

The overall stay was fine, but the mattress in the second bedroom was very poor. The middle has worn out so much that it doesn't have any support. If you lay on it you will roll to the middle. The pull out mattress at the couch was just as bad. You can feel every single metal coil and spring in it. The sleeping pillows also seemed quite lumpy, like too much use and collected sweat and dust mites clumped together inside of the pillow. Many of the dishes in the kitchen had broken chips on the glass which can be dangerous for families with younger kids. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were very cheap quality. The check-in process was super easy with minimal communication with the property manager. For the price I was expecting a little bit more. The pictures make the space look much bigger than what they actually are. Again, the stay was fine. It provided a safe neighborhood for our vacation, but there are a few things that could be changed to really improve the experience.

Wonderful

Excellent location, excellent facilities …beautiful mountain views. Had an issue with one of the beds.. but communication and response was very very good. Was repaired the very next morning. The facilities inside the kitchen utensils, dinner ware, cookware etc were excellent and probably the best we have experienced compared to other apartments. The only negative , a strong curry smell for 2 days and some long black hairs on the floor in a couple of rooms.. Would I stay here again,.. absolutely , would 100% recommend to others

Comfortable stay

We enjoyed our stay - it was a great location, had a convenient parking garage spot for 1 car, and the apartment was modern and up to date (with tvs and board games included). We also enjoyed access to public jacuzzi. The host was very responsive - for example, there was not a park pass in our unit when we arrived so the host promptly communicated with the front desk to get us set up with one. We did get a little warm at night with no AC (only one fan to split between 3 rooms) and we noticed some of the fuzzy blankets provided werent clean and needed a good wash. But overall, these were small things and we’d stay here again in the future.

Hot tub for our building was not open and the jets in the one in the other building did not work. Otherwise the condo was great. Well equipped, comfortable, great location.

Trip to Banff via Canmore

Property was great. My kids loved the pool and workout center. My mother-in-law had her own room, Beds were great. Should have used the egg crate for kids on the pull out. Master shower was out off Shampoo but we able to get more shampoo easily. Not a big deal. I enjoyed the ability to walk around. being close to the shuttle was a huge plus. Whole crew enjoyed our stay in Canmore, only wish we saw more of Canmore!!!
