"beautiful and palatial! this building was just what I was looking for as our first stop on the lakes breakfast was plentiful and in a great dining room bar was expensive and outdoor bar even more so but Spa made up for it - absolutely amazing! I loved every minute of that pool and the amenities of the Spa area. The room was small but beautifully appointed"

"Beautiful room and bathroom at the front of the hotel. Had large balcony, shared with other rooms (although nobody else used it when we were there). Extremely comfortable room with efficient aircon. Food in the on-site restaurant was excellent, as was the hotel's home-grown/produced wine. Breakfast also great, with loads of choice. Staff polite and helpful. Some noise from passing trains when windows were open, but being near the station was a requirement for us, and this didn't impact our stay. "

"I got sick while in Lugano and spent a couple full days in my room. I was so grateful to be at this hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and the room and beds very comfortable. The pool kept the kids busy. Once I felt better I appreciated the location. It’s right near the lake and an easy walk to the center."
