“Lovely clean room. I had arranged previously for my booking to be changed from a double to a twin room, and this had been with no problem at all. The building is fascinating, being 500 years old. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful, and the breakfasts were excellent. We stayed there over Christmas, and a particularly thoughtful touch was the Christmas stocking left outside the room door for us!”

“I had never stayed in a room above a Public House but I was amazed just how good the Staff made me feel. I was escorted to a lovely clean room with excellent facilities. I soon realised that the owners took personal control of guest relations when I requested extra warm bedding, it was delivered to my room by one of the co-owners, in person!
