“The service here is terrible. There are lots of locals from Saigon that come to this hotel and is very loud. My room had a water leak, nothing was done about it. I requested two bottles of water from room service and was told there would be a charge. But if I dialed reception and requested there would be no charge?!?. “Amazing easy and quick check in process. The entire hotel is spotless and immaculate. The owners are so friendly and always helpful with any need you may have. I saw another room on the 2nd day had a balcony and asked if l could move into that room and it was an instant yes. And then because l liked the hotel so much l extended my stay and then moved to another room which again was no problem at all. The finishing in the entire hotel are very new.
