“This is a wonderful hotel. The position outside of town more relaxed and handy for the best beaches. Pool is lovely, entertainment in the area is good and has a cut of of midnight. Hotel itself is spotless and the staff are truly wonderful, each and every one of them. I have stayed at this hotel several times and always enjoy my stay. The only criticism I have of best negressco is that the walls are so thin it can feel like the occupants Nextdoor are in the room with you. That aside I……

“My experience wasn’t good”

“Séjour décevant car ce n’est clairement pas un hôtel 5 étoiles. Surprise en arrivant hôtel accueillant un club Marmara… jamais indiqué dans le descriptif (on voulait du calme). Escroquerie surplus pour chambre vue sur mer: ok seulement avec des jumelles (+400€). Parasols cassés heureusement hôtel loin d’être complet. Buffet bruyant surtout les jours de présence des séminaires ou colloques (vacanciers relégués au fond de la salle!) on a payé le séjour plus cher que les vacanciers du club Marmara……

“Room was cleaned daily. Good ocean view. Staff not nice looked like they didn't want to be there. Not all but most. Food in the buffet was terrible, cold ,dryed out. Didn't look safe to eat. I did let the front desk know. We only had breakfast there once, the other 6 days we eat outside.”

“The room was pretty dated, hard bed,no working air-conditioning, €20 for a kettle of the room, balcony railing was questionable whether it was going to fall off or not, and their hero pictures of a nice spa is actually next door what has got nothing to do without the hotel. And this is meant to be a 4 star hotel. ”

“El apartamento estaba limpio, cómodo y en muy buen estado. La estancia fue buena, pero el check-in fue un desastre. Tardaron mucho en responder los correos, casi nunca contestaban el teléfono y las instrucciones de la caja de llaves eran muy confusas. Hay varias en el mismo sitio y solo indican que busques “la negra”. Si tienes suerte, el personal de seguridad puede ayudarte; en mi caso no fue así. Dejo este comentario porque, con todo el lío del check-in, pensé que el apartamento también……

“Clean room, lots of space, very helpful staff”

“First, the Good: The rooms are small, but functional; garden area with chairs was nice for breakfast. The room was clean and smelled nice, and the grounds were gorgeous. Lots of palms, nice walk ways, and generous outdoor space. Pool area was large and the proximity to the bar was great; the game room and outdoor ping pong were a nice touch. Access to the parking was good, but spaces are limited. Easy to walk to the busier part of Salou and the beach, and convenient drive to PortAventura &……
