They tried to charge us for the service dogs, though that is both against Hotels.com policy and Italian law. The room was OK, large, with a nice balcony. "One of the nicest places we have stayed in Italy. The cottage we were in was beautiful. Every part of the property is clean and well maintained and staff is very friendly and helpful. "
