“Check in was good, staff were friendly ans room was clean and comfortable.
But we had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 5:30am. We were shocked to discover that the front door (and only door!) was locked! We were locked in and the reception person was not there! He left a number to call and when we called there was no answer. He finally came down from the rooftop and let us out. I feel locking guests in is scary and dangerous!”

“I had a lovely three night stay at this hotel. It’s less than a ten minute walk to the main road where all the restaurants are located. Each morning, the guest house provides a decent breakfast for guests, and my room, while simple, had a view of the hot air balloons floating by. A great stay overall!”

“The location is fantastic where you can see the balloon flying in the morning and enjoy both sun rise and sunset.
overall facilities are good and the staff there is helpful.
Be advised that the hotel is quite far away from the downtown, where it takes at least 8 mins driving. Despite there is restaurant nearby, still recommend to rent a car if you choose to stay there as there is plenty of parking area.
As a cat lovers, there are many cats stay around where they may enter your room and sleep……
