Car Rental Downtown Siem Reap

There's so much to do in Downtown Siem Reap, but head farther afield and you'll find even more magic. Organize a set of wheels and you can cruise around the surrounding region at your leisure. Add these awesome destinations to your travel schedule:

• Make your way to Battambang for a fantastic sightseeing adventure. Approximately 45 miles from Downtown Siem Reap, it's home to numerous great attractions such as Boeung Chhouk Market.
• About 110 miles away, Chhaeb is also a favorite with wanderers. Make sure you check out Sopheakmit Waterfall while you're in town. It's one of the reasons people love this vibrant city.
• Koh Tonsai is around 200 miles from Downtown Siem Reap and is one of the region's most spectacular nature spots. Go for a wander around and enjoy the fresh air here.

If you don't hold a driver's license issued in Cambodia, then you might need to apply for an International Driving Permit (IDP) in your place of residence to be allowed to rent a car. You should also note that if you do need an IDP, it has no validity on its own. You'll need to show your driver's license from your home country your passport and other forms of identification as well. Lastly, it's important that the credit card you used to book the rental matches the name on your driver's license and passport. A few other things to note to rent a car internationally are:
