I had an incredible experience at Saem Siem Reap. The customer service is excellent; very attentive, kind, warm, and accommodating. Everyone on the staff. I would return just for the quality of the staff.Fantastic food, pool, and spa. Hotel is designed nicely and kept very clean.
Borei Angkor is a lovely hotel, beautifully decorated, with an attentive staff and beautiful spa. The breakfast had a large assortment of foods and was staffed by very attentive and friendly people.
I'm a spoiled and difficult guy if we talk about hotels. Key word is "difficult". Guys this is one of the best facilities in Cambodia!!! Absolutely amazing service, very polite and accommodating staff, rich breakfast and unforgettable spa.

My experience at J7 was awesome. The hotel is super well located, about 10-15 min walking from downtown and Pub Street. Facilities are brand new, modern and the staff is super helpful and lovely. You cannot go wrong with the J7 hotel. Highly recommended.
Great hotel, the staff was great, the location was close to all the action, quiet hotel and the massage spa was the best.
It is a Local 5 stars hotel. Hotel Staffs are friendly (most of them) Room is clean and bed is comfort to sleep. Hotel SPA is good with reasonable price. Wifi is free.
We stayed for one night in Sokha Angkor. It is a very nicely built hotel. Very nice rooms and amenities. Very nice pool and spa. The breakfast was amazing. Hotel is right at the center of the main road in town. Lots of restaurants and shopping places are in walking distance. It is about 20 mins away ...
Chose the hotel based on favourable Expedia review. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Upgraded my room and had a spacious and clean room away from the hub of activity. The staff are friendly and eager to please but few are competent in English so it's a struggle when asking for anything outside ...
Close to Airport. Free airport picku and drop off. Good size rooms with balcony over pool. Very large swimming pool outside was excellent. Grounds well looked after and excellent garden. Very polite, professional staff who would hep with every need. We had no issues. Free shuttle bus in the evenings ...
Beautiful hotel, excellent location, professional and super friendly staff, wonderful pool and spa area. The only criticism if any would be that there is no true breakfast buffet. Otherwise gorgeous hotel.
The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful and stylish with lots if attention to detail. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The facilities were great (lovely pool, excellent spa and amazing restaurant and bar). Krona has some of the best food I have tasted and eating on the Khmer swings ...
The Royal Crown Hotel & Spa is highly recommended. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean. It is close to many tourist spots. I would definitely stay here again.
