Clean and comfortable

No contact check in is convenient. We were text a code for the room so no need to go to a front desk or even see or talk to anyone. Room was very clean and well stocked with coffee and toiletries and clean towels.

We had Room #15 and it was adorable!! Very clean! The two separate bedrooms and fold out single bed were exactly what we needed! Close to everything in Saratoga! Kitchen was set up to cook with a huge island! We would definitely stay here again!! The contactless email with pin to access the room was new to us, but very similar to staying at a B&B.

Very clean hotel with a great breakfast and friendly staff.

Customer Service was welcoming, helpful & efficient. Room was clean and spacious for 1 night stay. Breakfast was fine- its a free breakfast so wasn't expecting much but everything available was tasty & coffee was fresh. Location was very convenient off the highway and we felt safe.

They were out of pet rooms after we had traveled for over 13 hours with 2 kids and our dog. The staff made an exception and helped us out anyway. Very friendly and a comfortable room. Thank you.

What a lovely stay

This is a lovely, and charming old motel lodge. It has a western theme; it is cared for by a very friendly staff, from the owner, down to the housekeeping staff. I spent over 30 minutes just checking out all the western pictures throughout the halls and lobby. If you are touring, or just visiting Rawlins, this is a clean comfortable place to stay. Yes wifi is available, and worked well.

There's a 24 hour restaurant next door, awesome - I had a piece and quite sleep

We were traveling to Provo UT and we stopped in Rawlins WY for the night. We had a great stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The WiFi was super great. And in the morning, we had a great breakfast. All in all it was a great stay. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great little motel! Beds were comfortable and very clean. Great water pressure. After staying in a Motel 6 the night before this was very comfortable! The woman at the front desk was so nice and welcoming it was actually shocking! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Her hospitality was amazing.

It's an older hotel, it's relatively clean, water in shower and sink run constantly, the heat kinda works, either way too hot or freezing cold. The shower is ok, water pressure is alright. The staff is kind. The towels are old, but the newly painted and designed artwork in rooms was refreshing
