"The hotel is dated. Staff was very nice. Walls are thin like paper. I had to make a complaint about the neighbors. Otherwise okay stay for a night and walking distance to restaurants and hot springs."

"Very attractive older hotel in a cool location. Staff was very helpful, they drove us to multiple spots. It is older so there are no in room heat controls but they brought me a space heater when I asked. The only thing I didn't like was that the pillows were terrible."

"We enjoyed our stay in Glenwood, this property was walking distance to downtown ,Glenwood hot springs , shops and restaurants . The room was clean the bed was comfy bed and it was quiet. The bathroom tub area does need a refresh/remodel. Breakfast was ok ,I would recommend some gluten free items. Staff was super friendly . "

"Super cute, boutique style hotel. Stayed in the Cooper St room. Perfect for families traveling with kids or groups. Super spacious, but also very cozy. Hotel lobby is gorgeous."

"We've stayed here in the past and it's been great, the best breakfast around. This time however my credit card was charged $54 the day after we checked out. I called the front desk and they had no record of the charge. I sent an email inquiry and no response. Won't be staying here again. "
