TV had very few available channels, wood paneling behind bed was coming apart and had gaps, no staff on site. ”

“There was no silverware, or pan for the oven. The Tv didn’t work and there was a beeping in the room every second. We were switched to different room after that. Unfortunately there was no kitchen but it was better compared to the previous room. ”
