Top Carrabassett Valley Hotel Reviews
Sugarloaf Inn
"The accommodations were clean and cozy. It was just a stopover for us but if ever in the area again we would definitely stay there again and recommend to others."
Bingham Motor Inn
"The room was clean and inviting. Great to pull car right up to the door."
Hostel Of Maine
"Very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay!"
Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel
"It’s a beautiful hotel. The restaurant was quite good too. The bar closed a bit early for a Friday night, but it’s not ski season so that’s understandable. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional, particularly the fellow that checked us in and the other fellow who helped me figure out the hot water machine in the lobby. The outdoor hot tub also closed a bit early for me but perhaps that’s a noise thing to keep things quiet after a certain hour which is also understandable although the fellow at the desk did keep it open a bit later for us which was nice. I plan to return during the ski season (the ski lifts are very close to the hotel entrance which is awesome). I would say if you are wondering whether it’s a great place to stay, I would simply say: Yes it is!"
Windy Cross | Private Waterfront, Dock, Hot Tub & Ping Pong
"The place was really nice. The only issue was that everyone in our group loves to cook. Unfortunately, the oven would only broil. So baking or roasting anything was impossible. But, we adapted. We would definitely go back. We were a group of 7. There was plenty of room to spread out. We also swam every day."
Cinnamon Bear House - A Nature Lovers Dream, Perfect for Ski Retreats
"What a lovely property! Booking and check-in were very easy, and our request for additional towels was addressed immediately. The gorgeous, quiet setting was ideal; our young grandchildren lived in the lake, swimming and snorkeling to discover many fascinating water creatures. Sunset over the lake was spectacular! The description and photos were accurate; our three generation party of seven loved our stay at Cinnamon Bear House - thank you so much!"
Colonial Valley Motel
"Quite, convenient,"
Cozy All Season House on Rangeley Lake
"We couldn’t stay long - but the unit is beautiful, comfortable and convenient to traveler needs ."
Large private luxury home with outdoor hot tub
"The property had plenty of space, beds and kitchen/ dining things and area. It was nice they had a washer and dryer and dish washer that worked well. The owner was very communicative once we got direct communication with him. It was a good location for us. It does have a lot of coffee filters. We were excited about the hot tub but it never did actually work though they tried to fix it. Which we appreciate but still a big bummer. While it doesn’t say it has A/c it really doesn’t. Not something we southerners were expecting. It only has window fans. Thankfully, the weather was mild. We stayed mostly cool. The grill was ruined but my husband managed to clean it out and use it and it had plenty of propane. They provided a few towels that seem to need to be replaced soon and could use a lot more and more hand towels. If you are having a lot of people you might bring some more or ask them to provide more. The pillows and beds were disappointingly not very comfortable. This place has a lot o potential and they do seem to be attempting to put good effort but could use some updating and a lot more consideration for guests especially in large groups."
