“This was a gorgeous setting. The house was very clean. well supplied, good neighborhood, very close to downtown. The only downside was I didn’t realize how steep and rugged the back of property was (down to river) and that it had no yard really. If it was just us older ones no problem; just made it harder for the 4 year old. If you do not have young ones, and are in good enough shape to hike down to the river, this property is so beautiful. I am 63 and could do it with a breather stop. ...

It would be nice to have a door on the forth bedroom and shades so the kids can go to bed at a good time and have it dark. Great property and lots of amenities! ”
