The bell boy was very helpful but the other staff; especially those in the lobby and entrance gate was not at all. The entrance gate staff did not help us get a taxi even if we had luggage. The lobby staff members (usually 3) frequently talked among themselves as if their guests were transparent.

Hôtel de qualité exceptionnelle niché à près de 2000 m d'altitude à Ifrane avec ses équipements haut de gamme piscine salle de sport son gymnase et surtout sa gastronomie digne des grands chefs
Et merci encore à tout le personnel qui est aux petits soins clin d'œil pour Hakima au bar ✌️
