“We left after two nights because this might be the worst hotel in which I have ever stayed. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. When reported to the front desk, we were met with indifference, so two days passed with a backed up sink. “Rooms are very clean and well equipped! The historic details were lovely! Host was exceptionally helpful! He recommended a couple of delicious restaurants. These restaurants weren’t tourist trap. They were full of mostly people who speak Italian. That’s the kind of place I like to go when I’m traveling. I always keep my translator handy. Each restaurant did have one person who could speak fluent English. ”

“I recently stayed four nights at Nova Suite in Catania, Sicily, and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station and the main bus station, which made it very easy to travel around the city and take day trips. Flavia was especially helpful and went out of her way to check me in at 2:00 PM, even though the regular check-in time starts at 3:00 PM.
