First floor newly updated condo located on the 18th fairway of Sugarloaf, The Old Course. We also rent a condo unit that is next to this rental so you may book both if you need room for two more! 1 mile from Good Harbor Beach where you can enjoy swimming, sunsets, and bonfires. The condo is near the The Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and the villages of Glen Arbor, Fishtown-Leland, and Sutton’s Bay. Bike trails, local shops, wineries, golf courses, charter fishing, rock hunting, ski resorts, and great restaurants are some of the highlights of things to do in the area.
Located approximately 20 minutes from Traverse City.

Room includes 1 new King Termpur-Pedic bed, 2 sitting chairs and coffee table, linens, Cable TV, kitchen with dishes, pans, cups, wine glasses, beer mugs, coffee cups, dish soap, dish cloth, dish towel, a fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 burner stove top, dishwasher, and coffee pot with creamer, bathroom towels, hairdryer makeup mirror, all natural and organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap bar, lotion, and make up remover towelettes are included as well as 2 beach towels, cooler, and 2 beach chairs are in the room for you to use, and scenic views with beautiful sunsets overlooking Sugarloaf Mountain are for you to savor. Security camera in use at entry door.

Immaculate and great location!
I am a VERY picky person on cleanliness and this place was spotless! It felt brand new! Love the high end finishes and all the little details! Very nice view on the back deck. Also such a convenient location. While we stayed here we visited Glen Arbor, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Northport and Suttons Bay! All in a short drive away! Highly recommend staying here. Great communication with the host as well.

There was a slight odor of pine (I think) which I found offensive because I am super sensitive to scents. It was especially annoying when trying to fall asleep. Other than that, the condo is neat & well supplied for the small condo.

Far exceeded expectations!
This place is fully stocked with what you might need and what you forgot to bring with you! There are amazing updates that aren’t reflected in the pictures like shelves in the shower and a closet/TV custom unit, and more lighting. The bed is amazingly comfortable! Highly recommend and would stay again.

Jacque was super friendly and responded immediately. She was great to speak with and very knowledgeable about the area. She suggested pull off numbers 9&10 for the dunes and she was right! What a truly beautiful and magical area. Great location to fun things like rock hunting, and to other places like Traverse City. Jacque’s place was immaculate and had no air fresheners or fragrances! She was thorough and thought of everything! We had a great time and would stay here again!

Comfortable and convenient near so much beauty
Frank and Jacqueline's studio condo is beautifully decorated and put together. They have been thoughtful about providing every convenience you could want. Beach chairs, a small cooler, beach towels, and a beach umbrella are provided.Good Harbor Beach is about 5 minutes drive away and is a great swimming beach. The king size bed was very comfortable, as were the chairs for the small dining table. Everything was very clean. We bought fresh fish from Carlson's Fishery in nearby Leland and cooked several times. The place has just enough counter space to cook a big meal. Excellent pots and pans. Good assortment of dishes and silverware. The condo is on a golf course, which looks like a good one but we don't play. It is nice, clean, and very quiet at night. This place is less than a 30 minute drive to so many places to hike, gawk, shop, eat, taste wine, and explore. We had a great time.

Nicest/Cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in for its size. Owner thought of everything you might need..down to milk travel creamers in fridge (have never seen those before and I'm 50). We were only able to be there 1 night but will be back when we get a chance.

This is an awesome property! And we felt like it was priced well. The owners, whom we got to meet, did an awesome renovation on this property with great attention to details. You can tell they put a lot of love into this unit. Plush towels in abundance, plenty of supplies… there’s even aluminum foil and Saran Wrap available. Well stocked kitchen. The bed is super comfy. It was all so very fresh and clean and the whole unit smelled so good. We’d definitely stay her again. Having a back deck area overlooking the golf course was so peaceful. Communication with Jacqueline was easy. I love finding places that are managed by the actual owners because they care about you and how your time in their property goes. They also rent and own next door which is a bigger unit and beautifully renovated as well. Total 5 all the way around for this property!

The hosts did such a great renovation on this unit, both inside and out. Very thoughtful touches and amazing use of space. Super clean and well equipped - it had everything we needed. The hosts made sure we were comfortable!

This is a fantastic property that was impeccably clean. Beautiful views off the deck and a wonderfully appointed living area. Easy check in and check out. Being on the golf course was a wonderful benefit too. Highly recommend!!

Great Location to "Stay A while"
Clean and newly renovated! Perfect location on the golf course. Enjoyed morning coffee on the brand new deck viewing golfers and Sugarloaf Mountain. Quick & easy access to Sleeping Bear Dunes, bike and hiking trails. This condo is complete with all the amenities making our stay incredibly memorable. They even have beach chairs, umbrellas and towels! Super clean and completely stocked with all the extras. Communication with owner was fantastic! I highly recommend "Stay A While"
