When making reservations I requested that accommodations were made for 3 women travelling for their 65 birthday, sharing a room. When arrived at hotel asked the front desk for an oversized room as per my original reservation request. We were told they can't accommodate us. When we got in the room, there were only 2 glasses and enough towels for 2. I was disappointed the hotel did not prepare for our visit. I asked for an extra glass and was told they do not provide 3 glasses in the room. There was very little space I the room,with signage to out your luggage under the bed. No space I the washroom for toiletries . Hallways were very loud with doors slamming and voices carried in the halls because there was no carpeting in the corridor. Restaurant was busy for breakfast and the line of waiting guests were all given an announcement that they should have come at 7:30 when it was less busy. We were very disappointed with the hotel staff lack of attentiveness to our needs and the poor service quality with a slap of attitude. For a room that cost $400 (on a Thursday one night's stay) and doesn't even have a parking garage or pool with small rooms and lack of attention to detail, I would not recommend the hotel. Don't waste your money.
