“I was surprised this hotel was not full during our stay. It seemed a great value to me, and the decor featuring extensive wood carving was impressive. Of course we were there during the shoulder season in mid September so that may explain fewer guests. The room opened to the hotel back, so it was quiet. “At check-in, I was warmly welcomed by your front desk team, whose kindness and professionalism I truly appreciated. However, I would like to share a few concerns from my stay. During registration, I noticed that my country of origin had been mistakenly recorded as Thailand (THA) instead of Taiwan (TWN).
