Central Slovakia Kid friendly Vacations

The room given to me was very dirty, the carpet in the room was heavily stained and was probably never cleaned , did not want to take my shoes off.The bed sheet on single bed was stained and had hair on , the bed spread had staines all over it , the curtains had staines all over and were ripped. The towel left in the bathroom had stains on it !!! First impressions were awful and got me thinking how this hotel could be 4 star hotel??? The breakfast choice was poor , the bakery items on offer were stale.No choice off water on offer for breakfast-tap water I was told is the only choice of water .The reception staff was not helpful ,when I complained to the receptionist she told me she can give me clean bed sheets so I can change my bedding but unfortunately there was nobody who can do it for me ?? She also told me I have to sleep in that room as the hotel is full and there is not another room! Had to wait until the hotel manager arrives next day to complain !!
