“The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The bed and pillows were comfortable and good water pressure in the shower. The only issue was the air conditioning which left the room and everything in it feeling damp and uncomfortable while trying to sleep.”

“I stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling to Myrtle Beach. Within a few days, I developed multiple clusters of bites on my arms and ear. The reaction became severe enough that I had to visit a doctor, who felt the bites were consistent with bed bug bites. What should have been a relaxing family vacation has instead involved medication, discomfort, and constant worry about whether I may have brought something home with me. I hope management takes this seriously and thoroughly inspects……

“This was an absolute nightmare! From the very beginning we got there wasn’t what we was expecting at all, and already wanted to cancel, the front desk wouldn’t let us so we get to the room and there were men all over the place setting on the sidewalks, over on the stairs and they wasn’t staying at the hotel. The room was 89 degrees upon arrival couldn’t get it to cool for hours contacted front desk begged for a refund to go somewhere else they refused. So we made do with what we had with nowhere……

“Room was clean. Our first room had no hot water but they quickly gave us a comparable room on the same floor. Gym room was well appointed with equipment and had water cooler. Breakfast was better than others I’ve seen with eggs, sausage, thin bacon, potatoes. Oranges were juicy and delicious. Front desk was courteous and helpful.”

“For the top hotel in the town, ir didnt justify its rating. Whilst our room was ok, we were told had we booked direct instead of through a booking site we would have had a better room. There was a very nice bar on the roof terrace but had no access for guests with disabilities. You could not make bar purchases without a means of immediate payment. You could not charge to room. The breakfast serving area was cramped and had a very restricted choice. The tables were left uncleared for quite a……

“The room was clean and updated. I don’t care that the hallways are outdated, I don’t sleep there. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were great. Everything was clean and maintained where I needed it. The staff were so friendly. Mark at the front desk is my new best friend and the other staff were also kind. I would stay here again happily.”
