“We arrived and the wait seemed long as person helping a customer seemed unsure of what she was doing. We finally got our keys got to the handicapped accessible room we'd requested months in advance to find a room temperature of 88 degrees since the ac had been shut off and outdoor temp was in the 90s. Not a great start! We turned on the ac and it took about 4 hours to cool the room back down. Shower curtain was to short so water seemed to get out of the shower and around the toilet and……

“The room had no thermostat to control the temperature. The AC was WAY too cold. The bed had a very thin cover. I slept in my jeans and a jacket and was still shivering!”

“No convenient outdoor pet waste disposal. No Kleenex tissue. Owners pets upstairs kept our pet awake and on edge. Otherwise, an ok place to stay for a short time.”
