The rooms where fine. However I reserved a premium hot tub room. They charged me for the said room. When I went up it was just a regular room. When I went down to ask why I'm not in the premium room. They said it was broken from another guest. I booked the room 5 months in advance I told them they should change the price of the regular room (from 5 months ago) and maybe inform me before charging me. They said theyre giving me a discount for the regular room as it's $20 less than the current cost. I tried to explain to them that the cost for that room 5 months in advance is much cheaper. I had no other place to stay. I will be asking hotel.com for my money back

Very disappointed.

This was a poorly maintained property for the amount of money we spent on this room. My wife was too scared to stay so she moved my daughter and herself to another hotel for the night. While there is a pool, it is not maintained nor open. Maybe a piece of toast for breakfast. The pictures on the website are absolutely not accurate. We will never be staying here again and we have a lot of future events in Rantoul.

Terrible. Rooms were dirty and smelled of smoke. The entire property was unkept and a mess. Stayed one night and tried to be refunded for the second night and staff refused. DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL.

I don’t believe it was fully advertised that this was a motel style stay. The staff was nice and check-in was quick. I asked for a non-smoking room and the room still had a cigarette scent to it. The bathroom was quite small but the mirror and counter size was good. The bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows were the worst part. Each bed only came with two pillows (one for each person on bed) and they were thinner than paper. Not a comfortable sleep at all. Check-out was quick. My friend also purchased a room but we had a wedding so they were unable to check-in until around 10:30pm. When they got there they were told they gave away their room and made them pay an extra $40 to get a different one. That is completely ridiculous when they had a room purchased. I have never experienced that before anywhere else.

There was no one at the front desk. I called the hotel’s phone number and the cordless rang right there. I had to walk around the place knocking on “employee only” doors before he appeared. Was given a room (205) with an adjoining door that the deadbolt didn’t work.
