I try not to be rude and can generally make do with what I get, but this hotel was genuinely disgusting. It appears that the only cleaning that actually gets done in the rooms is having the sheets and towels replaced and MAYBE the basic surfaces wiped down. Besides that, the floors were so filthy I couldn't even walk on them. The entire room seemed to be covered in mold. The shower was extremely gross. Water stains on the ceilings. I'm also fairly certain there were bed bugs. I quite literally had to check out early and did not stay the second night I had booked because it felt so unclean. I don't see how they could even charge as much as they do for these rooms because of how disgusting they are.

The staff was so disrespectful by not refunding even though we didn’t even use the room and just wanted to be refunded for how materialistic unfit and clean the room was . Do NOT I repeat do not stay here they’re disgusting people and have horrible service.
