“Don’t understand all of the glowing reviews. Room was tiny, bathroom walls had white stains all over and toilet paper stuck to them, shower floor was level with the rest of the bathroom floor so the water just flowed across the whole bathroom, which was very unsafe. Neighborhood didn’t feel very safe. Really glad this was just a quick stay for us.”

“This is the 2nd SpringHill Suites we stay at in 1 week and it did not disappoint! Immediately when we entered the hotel- you can tell they take pride and care of the hotel! Smells amazing when you walk in the hotel. Room (223) was spotless, extremely clean, room was nice and cool when we walked in, crispy linen, spacious room, spotless sofa, frig, micro. Bathroom was super clean and spotless- the shower was perfect! We didn't have the detachable shower heads but it was still great! Halls……

When we went to the front desk they said they only had one washing machine! This is an 8 story hotel!! The water pressure was the worse I have used. The show dropped water. “Our stay was ok but not up to our standards. The room was not very clean, dusty. Air condition was working poorly and had to be controlled by wall thermostat which was programmed at a certain temp. One side if the bed had a huge indent which was very uncomfortable. Breakfast not included. There was a $10 per day parking fee which was not prominently announced when booking as well as a $50 hold PER DAY on a credit card which takes 5-10 business days to get reimbursed after check out.”
