Leticia was a great example of employee attitude & customer service. I checked in after 9pm & she got everything done quickly. She was very friendly & offered to help with any issues.I hadn't eaten so I asked if she knew if a particular local restaurant was still open. She wasn't sure, but quickly looked on the internet & told me the closing time for the restaurant. Got my food just before they closed because of her help.

Courteous staff from beginning to end; only spent one night but would return for future business stay

We enjoyed the room it was clean and the desk was so friendly. The beds were a little high. But it was all good.

Very nice hotel. Good location. Food was a very nice touch. Will definitely stay there again.

Made a late reservation, immediately went over and checked in. Check in was smooth and easy. Room was clean and ac was cold. Property was quiet and clean.

The owner and his wife are great Provide good quality room at an affordable price We will stay there again on our next trip

Way better than Hondo’s Best Western.

The staff was very helpful

Staying here was a great surprise, as nice as a Hyatt at a fourth of the price. Will stay here when in Hondo to Persall.

Once my family got settled into our room, I called the front desk to see if they probably knew of any restaurants that would possibly be open or delivered that late at night. The young lady at the desk said, "No", but I can get you some cereal if you like....I was delighted because I have 2 small...

Good place to stay very quite in the day, I love that
