Excellent Value
We were extremely pleased with our stay here. For only slightly more than a Hilton or Hampton we got a tremendous full home for our large group for the weekend. Absolutely would return and stay with these hosts again. 10/10 recommend. The space was actually larger than the photos made it look online which was a pleasant surprise.

First time in Charlotte
First I want to start by saying this property was very nice and clean. There were a few things that were very disappointing. First, the living room TV didn’t work, despite all of my efforts, including changing batteries. It reset the remote and it wouldn’t pair again. I reached out to the owner and she just told me to use another remote which doesn’t work on other TV’s in the house. So no one could watch anything in the living room. The worst part about it was the bathroom shower didn’t work at all. The only shower that worked was in the master bathroom. So imagine waking up to get on the road and finding out that 4 adults have to share 1 bathroom to top that there were no wash cloths and 2 towels. Highly disappointed!!

Property was nice and clean. Had arranged with host to check in by 1:00 but he/she did not send check in information. He finally arrived about 1:20 and asked us to wait a few minutes so he could fold some clothes. We were in a hurry because my grandson was graduating at UNCC at 3:00. When we got back to the property that night, we found out that we did not have any bath cloths. Thus the low rating on communication. Otherwise, the one night stay was fine.

ABSOLUTELY A MUST STAY FOR FAMILIES
This was such a beautiful and homey stay. I HIGHLY recommend this home for families with children. There's a park RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET with a huge field for kickball and a picnic table. The location was 8 mins from the convention center and rehearsal hall that I had to go to. I was impressed out how equipped this home was for it to be a temporary stay. She had containers to store left over food. Board games for the entire family. TV in each room. Great washer and dryer. My Husband loved the porch, lol. Its so many wonderful things about our experience. OHHHH...SHE HAD A NOTE POSTED TO WELCOME US And I thought that made the start of this stay very personable and warming. I am impressed with everything. The sheets and towels are white which is great for us with sensitive skin. Please if you choose this home, take care of it so we can come back again.

Very good stay overall
Really enjoyed my weekend here with friends. There was enough room for all 8 of us, about a 15 min drive to anything we wanted to do in Charlotte, and the place was clean. Only downsides were really firm beds and very thin walls. Otherwise, it was a lovely stay!

Charlotte is the where my relatives and I meet when we get together, and this time we had 2 people the first night and 4 the next. There are 3 bedrooms with 4 beds in this cute house and the living area accommodates 5 adults (a local guest joined us for board games on New Year's Eve). Kitchen has the basics and the neighborhood has lots of streets and parks that are easy to walk through. We had a great stay!

Cute home/ loud location
Home was small & had a great "home" vibe. Both nights there were teen children yelling and cursing walking back and forth in front of the home. The park seems to be a hang out for kids with loud music. The home isn't insulated well & you can hear car driving by all night. Dishwasher didn't work. During the day we felt safe, once night fall hit it was a different story. We reached out to the owner our 1st night who claimed this wasn't the normal.

Would Stay Here Again
Property was just as pictures and info states. We had a 1 year old and there was even a high chair. Our children enjoyed the playground and on Saturday they had family activities at the park. We didn’t use the backyard, which was really not landscaped. We did enjoy sitting on the front porch and we would definitely book it again. Enjoyed our stay.

Kelly was a pleasure to work with. She tops the list of overall most accommodating hostess ever. She wrote a personalized note welcoming us to the home and upon arrival we found treats for all. She was quick to respond to questions as well. Check in was simple and Kelly had a well written notebook that lays out everything you could possibly need to know right on the bar. The home is simply organized and is stocked with your basic needs. It is very child friendly and includes a highchair, dishes, and games for young children. It seems to have recently been updated very nicely. We loved the fact that the home was right across the street from the park. The kids played for hours and the neighborhood children were very friendly and respectful. Nostalgia set in when the sound of the ice cream truck approached. We also loved that fact that one of the bedrooms had 2 double beds and all the bedrooms had a TV. The bathrooms had plush towels and shower soap and shampoo dispensers were hanging in the shower. I loved the fact that Kelly is conscience of ways to reduce waste by choosing products that can be refilled, provided a list of items that can be recycled on the fridge, and included a separate bin in the kitchen for those items. I felt safe because I knew that cameras were installed around the outside of the home and the neighborhood homes were very nice as well. My absolute favorite part of this home was a tree. I believe it is either a wild cherry blossom or a crab apple tree. It was in full bloom with an explosion of the most delicate pink flowers. You have to pass it as you walk to the front door and it was the perfect natural Easter decoration. We choose this home because it was so close to Carowinds and the down town area. We are already starting to plan our next trip. I highly recommend this listing.

The property was nice, but it wasn’t clean enough for me. The whole house needed to be cleaned more thoroughly and disinfected. Kelly, was very nice and responsive throughout the whole process. She is a great host!

Kelly Was thee Absolutely BEST Host Ever!!
Kelly was an Awesome Host, Her house was so clean and organized. I loved everything about it! She was so nice and very Welcoming. Me and my Girls drove 9 hours to get to Charlotte, NC and we arrived hours before our check-in time and She let us check in early! When I go back to Charlotte I will be booking with Kelly again!

Christmas visit to Charlotte
I was visiting my son and his family before Christmas and I rented this house to have plenty of room for myself, my mom and my daughter with her 4 years old son. We enjoyed the house very much, it felt like a home away from home
