Staff cleaned my room and left the door open all day. Noise level was awful I had to change rooms there was a baseball tournament staying on my floor they were very loud and disrespectful. Front desk staff were great thank God for them or the trip would have been awful.

Old yellow wallpaper that was coming off and was re glued at the seams. A vent that was dusty with rust . Old green carpet that was dirty. Can hear small noises lick foot steps above the room and the sound of a paper in the hallway. The outside is under construction.

The so called new renovation is obviously not a professional job. The fans in bathroom is noisy，the toilet is too close to the wall，the faucet and washbasin are not fit the size and length，the mirror is not fit. Nothing is right，damge the Rodd reputation permanently. Totally over priced and not worth to try.

It was nice, but the shower was probably the worst I’ve ever had (took literally 5 mins to warm up and the pressure was pretty much a trickle) and it was the noisiest room I’ve ever stayed in. I could hear word-for-word what the neighbouring guests were saying. I did enjoy my stay otherwise and the staff was all very friendly. The hotel was fine, just a bit rundown looking.
