“I used a taxi from the airport to get to the hotel. The hotel staff helped me pay the driver by setting up a Chinese payment app on my phone. The hotel staff spoke English very well. They upgraded my room to a suite which was much appreciated. The suite was extremely spacious, well decorated and throughly clean. I was able to utilize the free shuttle bus back to the airport. ”

“(English below) Muy buen hotel si lo que buscas es ir al parque de los pandas. Hay algunas tiendas y un sitio de masajes a buen precio a 3-4 minutos a pie, pero poco mas. No recomendaría usar el shuttle al parque de los pandas pues sale demasiado tarde. Lo ideal es llegar a la entrada del parque ANTES de que abran las puertas. El desayuno esta bien, la cena a la carta es razonable y la cena bufé vale la pena solo si estais realmente hambrientos.La piscina exterior es excepcional y tiene arena...

"El servicio del hotel es muy recomendable . El Buffet variado y de calidad . El problema es por que tuve noche difíciles ya que el AC está controlado a 23 -24 y no se puede dormir por calor. El hotel me proporcionó amablemente un n ventilador de pie. No lo recomiendo en verano."
