“Although we booked the Wizard’s Roost, due to unforeseen circumstances, we stayed in the Steampunk room, which was awesome! So creative! There are lots of clever surprises to explore. “This suite was in Warwick. There is a small deck where off to the side the Cove is visible.it is difficult to say it is pet friendly. Up 2 flights of steps, no room inside and no fenced in yard. The room was clean. The hot tub is very small and on the side of the driveway in the front yard by the street. No privacy. There was a fruit snack and homemade corn bread on arrival. The suite is very small for two and the hostess has every space filled with her items.”

“This was a perfect stay for us. My in-laws are minutes away down Post Rd and Tyler’s property was space for us to land as a family, while also doing the extended family activities over New Years. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog and the location was quiet. Bonus, we had gorgeous fresh snow on New Years morning. I would absolutely recommend this place and hope to rent again. ”

When I walked in the entrance there was dirt and debris all over the floor and on the mat in front of the stairs and on the stairs.
