stayed with my son, cousin and her daughter and we all had a good time. the hotel room smelled SO good in comparison to the lobby (smell of cigs due to the casino) but i knew that going in. it didn’t bother me tho. the pool was fun as well. the courtyard was my favorite

Reserved a room w deluxe king bed…on arrival, only rooms available had Murphy beds. Front desk clerk said room types were not guaranteed and didn’t seem surprised or concerned w my reaction. Mattress was paper thin and very uncomfortable. Bed also creaked if you moved an inch.

I stayed at Bally's as it was reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel appears to be quite new, very clean with friendly staff. The multiple dining options was a plus.

If you’re a non-smoker. I suggest going elsewhere. Although the hotel is smoke free, the smoking casino is right there and has very low ventilation.

Property was clean, staff was nice and hospitable. Do wish that rooms had at least a microwave or at least an area where a microwave would be Available. Also, because it’s attached to a casino there is a lingering smell of cigarettes permeating the lobby. Besides that great stay.

Front Desk Staff was very rude and not helpful. The property it self is clean and the housekeeping staff does a great job. The pool is a nice touch. But they also don’t offer room service which is a first for me when staying at a Ballys.
