Location was easy access to Maggie Valley. Neighborhood was quiet with elk, rabbits, and birds visiting. Porch was lovely to sit on and enjoy the peace and beauty of the mountains. The host provided all the details for an easy stay. Kitchen had all the needed things if you wanted to eat in. Cozy living room area. There was a fireplace and firepit but we didn't use since it was summer.

We rented for 3 weeks this year. Maggie experienced at least 13 days of rain the cabin never left us with no outdoor time. The decks are so covered we had no problem rocking on the porch or reading. Most of the rain was light but it had the air breath. If you are looking for a quiet area with piece this is the property to visit. Looking forward to do this again.

We absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! Norma was amazing to work with, so helpful, friendly, and responsive, which made the entire experience seamless. The location could not be better: super close to Cataloochee Ski Area, making ski days incredibly easy.The neighborhood was charming, quiet, and peaceful, and the cabin itself was spotless, beautifully appointed, and so welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. We loved that it was dog-friendly, and the setting was perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.This cabin is an ideal choice for anyone wanting a cozy, clean, and convenient place near Cataloochee. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!
