“6 of our family members gathered to visit our nephew in Fort Mill. He was supposed to play drums for a band, but the gig got canceled due to weather. The house was excellent for us to gather and enjoy each other’s company. Everything was perfect. (Our only suggestion was to put a mat in the shower in the shared bathroom downstairs for safety reasons. It is pretty slippery.) An excellent house!!! Thanks for a great weekend! ”

“Wonderfully updated house with large fences in backyard. Beautiful koi pond. Kitchen was nicely appointed as well. This location was minutes away from the wedding venue ( Henry Hall Wilson house). Close to downtown Monroe which had several restaurants to choose from. Property manager Chris was attentive and responded quickly via VRBO app. We would stay here again if in the area!”

“Not having stayed in Waxhaw before, we weren't sure where to stay. But we hit the jackpot with this gem. The house does take you back in time, which is an extraordinary experience—loved the front porch and swings! The one thing we didn't know was how close it was to town. Walking distance to everything. We never drove once we got there. Hopefully, you, too, can enjoy this lovely home.”

“The photos and amenities ARE TRULY AS DESCRIBED. Both the interior and exterior were very clean and well maintained. The host spared no expense at providing all the comforts of home from leather and solid wood furnishings, to the comfortable beds with quality linens, and a great furnished outdoor deck area with a grill.
