The space
Ayu Ranch offers a peaceful retreat just outside Cheyenne, where comfort and simplicity come together. Inside, high ceilings and large windows fill the living area with natural light, while wood-beam details and soft furnishings create a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Downstairs, a second living area doubles as a cozy movie room with plush seating and a large-screen TV - perfect for laid-back nights in.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps 11 guests across 5 bedrooms with 6 beds: a king bed in the primary suite with private ensuite bath, three rooms each with a queen bed, and one bedroom with both a full and twin bed. Each space includes blackout curtains, comfortable linens, and clothing storage to make settling in easy. Three full bathrooms, including one in the master suite, are stocked with essentials like towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

Outdoor living
Step outside to enjoy Wyoming’s open-air serenity. Relax in the hot tub as the sky deepens to shades of violet, or gather around the fire pit for stories under the stars. A BBQ grill and outdoor furniture invite long dinners and quiet mornings overlooking the prairie.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a granite island, and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. With a dining table and plenty of counter space, it’s easy to share food and conversation with family or friends.

Designed for both comfort and connection, the home includes family-friendly touches such as a pack ’n play, high chair, and children’s books and toys. You’ll also find a washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and an indoor fireplace for cozy nights.

Safety & access
The property includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, and exterior security cameras monitoring the front door, garages, and back door. Self check-in is simple with a keypad entry, and free parking is available on-site.

NO SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

CHILD PROOFING: While some childproofing measures have been taken, the property is not completely childproof. Guests acknowledge and accept responsibility for any risks to children or infants while they are on the premises.
