It's clean and very quiet. Downtown isn’t far, you can walk there, but you might need to take a taxi if you are planning doing more excursions.

Clean, good value but VERY noisy

Our stay was very mixed. The staff were excellent, friendly, helpful. The room was clean and comfortable although the shower was only ever tepid at best. The hotel is quite a way from anywhere you may wish to visit. We recommend using the Grab app. Our main negative which did impact on the quality of our stay was the noise. Although the hotel cannot be responsible for other guests’ behaviour (which from one group was totally unacceptable singing happy birthday at top volume in the corridor at 11.30pm) the sound proofing was non-existent. Every time someone opened or closed their door it was extremely loud, waking us up at 6am on two of the three mornings. It could be that we were just very unlucky but we would recommend to the hotel to put up signs asking guests to be quiet after 10pm and before 8am (this is something we saw in other hotels). Also a carpet might help with sound proofing. It’s a shame as the hotel has the potential to be excellent.

숙박요금이 저렴해도 깨끗하고 조용해서 좋아요 엘리베이터가 없지만 크게 문제되진 않습니다 시내에 나갈때는 그랩이용해서 90바트에 다녔습니다 메파루앙공항까지도 10분이면 갈수있는 위치에 자리잡고 있습니다

ทำเลดี โรงแรมโอเค แต่ไม่เก็บเสียงเลย

โรงแรมราคาไม่แพง สะอาด และทำเลดีมาก มีที่จอดรถสะดวกทุกอย่าง วายฟายโอเค เสียดายมากที่ตอนไปพัก เจอกลุ่มนักปาร์ตี้ เดินเข้าเดินออกเปิดปิดประตูห้องตรงข้าม และประตูทางหนีไฟ ที่บันไดเสียงดังมากเกือบตลอดทั้งคืน (ระหว่าง 22.00 - 3.30 น.) แถมยังพูดเสียงดังมาก กรี๊ดกร๊าด เดินลากเท้า คือได้ยินทุกอย่าง แม้กระทั่งห้องข้างบนทำของตกยังได้ยิน สรุปนอนไม่หลับเลย ดีว่าเป็นคืนสุดท้ายจะบินกลับบ้านมิฉะนั้นจะต้องทำงานไม่ได้แน่นอน

There is no elevator and if you get a room on the 3rd floor you have to carry your luggage yourself, there was no help from staff. Mattress was so hard it hurts Pillows the same. Towels were thin and old. Breakfast is tea and toast only. No hot water in the shower only lukewarm. However room was very clean.

Preiswertes Hotel in Flughafennähe

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer Nebenstraße, ist also sehr ruhig. Es ist sehr sauber und es gibt sogar ein kleines Frühstück am Morgen. Ingesamt gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Wir haben dort nur eine Nacht geschlafen um am nächsten Morgen schnell zum Flughafen zu kommen. Und dafür war es genau richtig.

Very Nice hotel, clean and friendly staff.

I did not like Chiang rai. I felt discriminated because I am black. Will not be visiting anymore. But the hotel and staff were very kind.

Nice cheap hotel

The hotel is new and very clean. Staff are friendly. The only issue is the hard bed. But concern the price, it's understandable. They're hot drinks, toast and fruit for breakfast.

จองโรงแรมผ่านเอ็กพีเดีย ใช้เวลาเช็คอินเช็คเอ้าท์ไม่นาน โรงแรมยังดูใหม่ ห้องพักก็ยังดูใหม่และสะอาด เจ้าหน้าที่ให้ข้อมูลดี แต่โรงแรมไม่มีกาต้มน้ำให้ในห้องพัก ถ้าจะใช้น้ำร้อนต้องลงมาเอาที่ล็อบบี้ และไม่มีลิฟท์ กรณีมีผู้สูงอายุหรือเด็กเล็ก ไม่แนะนำให้พักชั้น 3

trop bruyant

hotel récent propre, mais alors quel bruit, on entend le voisin de chambre sous la douche. Pour un peu qu'il ronfle et bien il vous ""berce"" . J'ai acheté des bouchons d'oreilles. Les couloirs résonnent comme une cathédrale. La literie est bien plus qu'extra ferme dur dur dur. Le petit dejeuner à disposition (gratuit) est une bonne surprise situation un peu éloignée (25 min de marche du night market)
