Lovely, spacious, homely house, great layout, lots of parking space and all that you need for a relaxing stay. Short drive to West Wittering and lovely pubs. Great communication from homeowner too. Perfect for a group of friends or a family get together. We had a fab weekend in a great holiday home, thank you.
This is a large spacious property, and accommodated our 2 families of 3 generations well. Plenty of space and room and garden space.

Furst impressions: gorgeous! Lovely drive way , with beaytuful flowers and a gorgeous garden , plenty of space to park
Lovely big house , nice kitchen family room and large bedroom's , 3 bathrooms lovely for a group of 9
However , 2 room's where heating/rads did not work owners must be aware as one small heater in one room. No rads in kitchen underfloor heating did bot work , tried to contact owners, no reply. While the kitchen us lovely and spacious it needs repair, kitchen doors damaged. Sofa needs cleaning. We had to wash all glasses etc before use. Considering the ckeaning fee we had to pay via vrbo was a little disappointed in the cleanliness overall, all the ornaments were very dusty in need of a good clean, same with living room while lovely and large very bare , no coffee table or end table's so wasnt very usable.
All in all a comfortable stay, would return but this house could be amazing if the upkeep was there
The venue was even better than the images. Plenty of space and well maintained, with everything we could need in the kitchen. The location is tranquil and very pretty.
Only downside was a 10am check out time felt pretty early and charging additional fees for even a 30 minute later checkout feels unreasonable. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Property is spacious but many niggly problems. Also cleanliness was poor - mainly pans, childrens cups, downstairs bathroom. Kitchen could definitely do with a revamp. Photos made place look better than it is. Also there was no gate - which meant we were unable to relax as we had young children and there was the worry they could run onto road. Also at the back of the garden there were a great many nettles. This could be a lovely holiday home if it was maintained better.
What a weekend!
We had a such a great time celebrating my husbands birthday with friends. The house is beautiful and met all our needs.
So spacious. The piano was a great addition and a friend played for us which was so special. The only thing was the upstairs toilets did not have locks but apart from that a great getaway and a fabulous house.
