"This property is beautiful and clean! It is plenty of room for 2 people, maybe 4 if you are bringing an air mattress and don't mind feeling cozy. I had to call the property manager as I got confused about which set of stairs to use to get to our room, and they answered right away and were super helpful!The bed was comfy, with crisp linens. Located in the middle of the woods, the surroundings are peaceful with only the sounds of the neighbors’ farm animals! The Barn has been renovated with beautiful antiques yet still comfortable! Plenty of room to stretch out and find your own space or get together for games or outdoor hike and campfire! This is the perfect place for you if you’re looking for family quiet time and only minutes to the springs, shopping and restaurants!"

"Weekend celebration for husbands birthday. Pleasantly surprised by how clean and updated the house was. Right on the river. Great dock for fishing. Walked to restaurant for a good dinner. Plenty of space. Split floor plan for privacy. Well stocked kitchen. Will definitely return again "

Unique Waterfront Small Cottage

"Absolutely gorgeous little cottage on an acre and a half. The location was less than a mile from Fanning Springs and the boat ramp. We were very close to great bike riding in wildlife as well. The little cottage itself was perfect. Off grid a little so expect it but everything you would need for two people. They even gave extra rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, plenty of towels, lots of DVDs and great working WiFi. We do have a video up on YouTube under flippin tail Suwannee Springs where you can see the whole property and cottage. The spring on the property was not accessible by boat as the water level was quite down in the Suwannee but I’m sure certain times of the year it would be. They have accessible kayaks and a little canoe to use. Really truly a bargain and a great stay! Much appreciated for the hospitality!"
